Our standard property inspection includes a thorough evaluation of the home's structure, roof, electrical system, plumbing, HVAC systems, exterior, interior, and major appliances. We look for safety issues, signs of wear, and maintenance concerns to give you a complete picture of the property's condition.
Most inspections take between 2 to 4 hours depending on the size and condition of the property. Larger or older homes may take longer to ensure a thorough assessment.
